De España........

Alright, as you can see I've had a little lapse in keeping track of my workouts/nutrition online.... I had some nice CF days but mostly ate what I wanted and went absolutely nuts in Malaga. Now I'm settled in Salamanca and ready to get serious...
Food:
1p coldcut ham
1/2 p cheese
4 p dried beef
1 dried beef stick
1 c. artichoke and bacon salad
ternera

10 walnuts
*must go to grocery store for fruit, water, frutos secos

Workout:

and now attempting my first real workout in Spain...

10 backsquats ~110 lbs
20 walking lunges ~22 lbs in each hand
