after reading some Fighter Diet stuff I'm ready to try something new.
i like pauline's look and her outlook, so here we go with some of her info and advice:
diet:
Day A (5-6 days) "live" tons of veggies and very lean protein, miracle noodles
Day B (1 day) "refeed" clean carbs, little fat
supplements: whey and casein protein powder, r-ALA, fish oil, multi-vitamin, green tea products, calcium complex [magnesium, calcium, vitamin d],
BCAA, NAC, glutamine, glucosamine, chondroitin, creatine, milk thistle, bromelain, BETA alanine from AST sports science
workout: dl, squats, lunges, lots of cardio,[gymnastics movements]
