Better safe than sorry...

Well that's what I'm telling myself. I altered today's workout and I did almost too well... I felt like a cheater but I really didn't want to worsen my leg.

FOOD:
OJ
mac nuts
egg whites cc
turkey bacon
1/2 strbryban smoothie with veg protein (yuck)
tuna mayo celery
4 bacon dates
CCF chopped salad


CF:
Push press 21-15-9 (45lbs -50lbs was RX)
Box jumps 42-30-18 (did step-ups on lower height)
