i did manage to CF but the warmup was rushed and i kept screwing up my jumprope during the wod...
anyway it was
50 KB squats
250 jumprope
10 wipers
time- 5:51
besides being bad at planning my food im not so great at analyzing poetry.
on a happy note, i love AI and my bed. where i'm going now.
