Philly Weekend
Friday started out fine... CF and good food until about 5 pm... then we'll call it the official start of a CHEAT WEEKEND in Philly. It was awesome and I ate everything I wanted. Got in some cardio and fun CF moves in random spots, but overall it was a reward weekend for the hard work I did during Feb, Mar, April. HOWEVER, it very unfortunately ended with me ripping my quad up so now I am probably going to be forced to rest it for a while :( :( :( I was really looking forward to vacation to focus on CF, running, and of course, getting work done (well I wasn't looking forward to that last part, but I knew I had to do it...) Maybe this happened for a reason.... at least now I have no reason NOT to do my work. I am def going back to Paleo though, and focusing more on Zone portions, so that will be my fitness focus for the week... ooo, i like that-- "fitness focus for the week." That'll stick. Anyway I need rest. Here are some fotos of me during the moments when I had full use of my limbs.
