I'm baaaaaaaaaack!

Whew! Whirlwind of papers, projects, exams, and BAD EATING! I'm so done (well one more paper), especially with the nasty eating. 2 weeks till FLORIDA!

FOOD:
2 hb eggs (1 yolk)
1 steaz pom tea
1 mini mac apple
1 choc milk
tuna/lettuce/carrots evoo salad
1/2 slimfast high protein
1 bag beef jerky (WTF)
lettuce/cucumber/evoo
cocoa almonds
1 c. milk

CF:
run 400m
21-15-9
pullups (no assist!)
med ball cleans (16lbs)
13:00
